About Me
Surprisingly for a personal trainer, my life hasn’t always been about health and fitness. When I first moved to London, nights out, ready meals and an unused gym membership were the norm. Over time, the impact caught up with me: low energy, poor skin and weight gain, and I knew I needed to make a change.
Like many people, I found the wellness world overwhelming. I tried quick fixes and online fads, promising myself I’d hit the gym every day, only to give up a few weeks later. Eventually, I stopped comparing myself to others and started listening to my own body. I trained consistently, learnt to cook, prioritised rest and recovery, and that’s when the real results came. Fitness became a cornerstone of my life, bringing not just physical changes but huge mental benefits too. That journey inspired me to retrain as a personal trainer so I could help others find the same balance.
Before this, for years I worked in a demanding executive assistant role in the City, so I know first-hand how hard it can be to prioritise fitness when work and life are busy. That experience shapes my coaching, which is designed to be realistic, flexible and built to fit into everyday life.
I’m passionate about cutting through the noise of the fitness industry and helping people take practical, sustainable steps to improve their health without chasing every new trend. I sift through the overwhelming amount of information out there and bring you what actually works, so you don’t have to. I’m also committed to continually learning. I’m currently completing my Level 4 Advanced Sports Nutrition qualification and expanding my knowledge in women’s health.
When I’m not training clients, you’ll often find me walking around Wimbledon with my dog Bagel, listening to podcasts, or travelling with my husband George.
